There's only one place to go

I'm heading up to New York along with Charles again, this time for the ASIFA-East Superjail! screening at SVA on Thursday. It's definitely going to be an awesome evening, and I'm sure I'll return with some photos and maybe even some sketches or something from the people there. I can hope, anyway.
Meanwhile, Geoweasel's 7th anniversary is coming up, and I know I want to do something for it (being pressured by not doing anything for the big 5-year or even 6-year anniversaries), but I have no idea what. If you've got any suggestions or ideas, toss 'em out there.

Holy crap, a new Geoweasel episode

Well, it's not a whole lot, but there is a new Geoweasel cartoon up. It's fairly short and it's really mainly dialog-based, but the episodes are probably going to be like this for a while until I get back into the swing of things. Either way though, it's something.

Thanks to MyToons.com, you can now purchase Geoweasel episodes for 99 cents to put on your portable media players along with other cartoons in their new store! While they haven't yet had the hard launch for the store, you can still buy the cartoons. View all the available episodes here.

Additionally, there are a few new shirts and some stickers available on the re-opened Cafepress store. There's only a couple designs right now, and it'll probably be like that for a while, but hopefully they're good enough to generate a few sales.

Also, there's a new episode in the works. It's not much, but it's something, at least to start off on. I have some good ideas lined up though that I'm excited to try, so hopefully I can get myself back in the saddle.

Some more storyboards

Here’s a storyboard I was doing for a currently untitled Geoweasel episode in which I just kind of…spontaneously included my own Tumblr obsession in it, channeled through Nar. That wasn’t in the original idea, but I think I’ll keep it for the final episode. Maybe not the “GPOYW” part (that seems like a little much to add), but I like the idea of Nar being addicted to Tumblr.
